Beachbody Customer Service Part 2; Yes that will works fine for me

And here we have it, folks.  Part 2.  I thought about summarizing it, but there are just too many good parts I didn't want to leave out.

[09:44:52 AM] David Alexander: I am sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced.
[09:46:08 AM] David Alexander: I see that we have refunded $10 form the product price on 01/23/2013
[09:47:14 AM] Breanne Clark: shipping is $24.95. He gave it to me for 10 or $11 for being military which was nice, but it's nothing for wating a month for the product. I would like to cancel my order. I am not happy that Beach Body made the mistake and isn't willing to give me a greater discount or find another way to correct the problem.
[09:47:56 AM] Breanne Clark: I gave my shipping address 3 times over the phone. It is not my fault that it was shipped to the wrong location and it isn't up to me to correct it
[09:48:40 AM] Breanne Clark: he also said he was going to refund my shipping for my previous order for P90X, which I never recieved
[09:49:16 AM] Breanne Clark: he offered free shipping on a future product, but I do not plan on ordering anything else so he offered the refund on the P90X shipping. but then didn't process it

[09:49:46 AM] Breanne Clark: the bottom line is that it simply does not fit into my training anymore
[09:50:20 AM] Breanne Clark: and I am not going to keep getting charged for a product I do not have
[09:50:50 AM] David Alexander: I will go ahead and request a refund for the amount $128.42. The refund will be processed within 24 hours. Please allow an additional 72 business hours for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.

[09:51:56 AM] Breanne Clark: well as far as I know I haven't been charged the next 2 payments yet
[09:52:29 AM] Breanne Clark: a refund of whatever has been charged for Insanity and cancellation of future payments is all I want

[09:57:42 AM] David Alexander: It seems that we have already refunded $11.51 on 1/23/2013.

[09:59:16 AM] Breanne Clark: the last time the tracking info was updated was 6 days ago, so I don't know where it is. I will ship it back when I get it.

[10:01:59 AM] Breanne Clark: if customer feedback matters, I didn't originally mind paying a lot of money for this product. but for a lot of money, I expect timely delivery and good customer service. no one has even offered to let me keep this product for a discounted price, so it seems this company does not care about their customers or really believe in the product. that is all today

However, we have processed a complete refund for this order as a inconvenience caused to you. Also, I will forward your valuable feedback to our team.
[10:10:36 AM] Breanne Clark: ok. so I was waiting and waiting for nothing. that is even more frustrating that no one told me it was returned.
